Dried Apricots – 250g

Description

Dried apricots are a type of traditional dried fruit. When treated with sulfur dioxide (E220), the colour is vivid orange. Organic fruit not treated with sulfur vapor is darker in colour and has a coarser texture.^[1] Generally, the lighter the colour, the higher the SO₂ content.^[2]
